Emails from RAMP

We've heard from some families about not receiving our emails. 

The following steps may help:

1. Check your email JUNK FOLDER to see if there are any emails there.
2. Double check your blocked senders and domains.
3. Add our email address as a contact in your address book.
4. Check your email settings and add our email address to your safe list.

Emails come from: Southey Minor Ball <mailer@rampmx.com>

If you know anyone who isn't receiving our emails please let us know so we can manually add them when we send outgoing mail. 

It is also possible that you, at some point, unsubscribed from RAMP communications. This might have been done through another organization that uses RAMP. If this is the case, RAMP Support needs to be contacted so you can be manually removed from their "unsubscribe" list. Please contact support@rampinteractive.com if you suspect this is the problem.
